Clear Communications Solutions is owned and operated by Monique Russell, a highly skilled and trained public relations specialist having offered communications services primarily to higher education organizations. With a passion for writing, she posses a master's degree in Public Relations and Advertising and a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism. Career wise she has worked as a local reporter in the United States and internationally, in the Bahamas, writing, interviewing and reporting stories on air. In 2002 while working at Saint Cloud State University, she developed a multicultural newsletter, provided strategies on recruitment and retention and made a lasting impact as a multicultural consultant. Organizing events, serving as mistress of ceremonies and providing educational talks are all part of Monique's portfolio. In 2004, while working as a recruiter at Life University, she delivered training sessions on employee communication and has numerous presenting activities under her belt.
